For non-club purchases, you can request a full refund within 30-Days of your purchase. Please see below for details:

RETURN POLICY

We offer returns based on the type of purchase you made. Please see below if your purchase qualifies for a return:

1) MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION CLUB PURCHASE

In order to run our unique recurring monthlyh payment program, we are unable offer refunds for auto-delivery products, only exchanges for items such as incorrect sizes. This is because a refund will most likely affect referral payments to the member that referred you. It would be unfair for members to request payment back, so we hope you understand. You can pause or cancel your auto-delivery anytime as long as your credit card has not been processed for the next delivery date. To submit cancellations, login to your account to cancel or contact us via email or phone.

2) NORMAL PURCHASE (30-DAY, MONEY BACK GUARANTEE)

We are committed to providing the best for our customers and if you're not satisfied for any reason with your single item purchase, you can return it for a full refund. You will only have to pay for postage to ship it back to us. To receive your full refund within 30 days, please include the following with your return package:

  • 1. Original Product & Packaging
  • 2. Printed Receipt (must show date of purchase)
  • 3. Write on Receipt "Refund Request"
