Damaged Items: Please take a photo of the damaged item and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org at we can understand the problem and make product improvements. We will then ship out a replacement product to you at no additional cost. Simply follow the Exchange/Return process below.
How to Submit an Exchange/Return: I) Email your request to email@example.com with the subject heading"Exchange Request" or "Refund Request" and your Order # in the body of the email. 2)You will receive a reply with an RMA 0 (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). 3) Write the RMA# on your sales receipt. 4) Ship the produce (at your cost) back to us in the original packaging with the sales receipt.
